Filipino bedroom/indie rock/psych/punk producer Idris Vicuña aka Eyedress, has shared the video for his Valentine’s day single “Flowers & Chocolate“.

The video, directed by Eddie Huang, finds Eyedress cruising around Los Angeles in a red convertible filled with flowers as he rushes home to impress his partner.

Born in Manila and now residing in Los Angeles, Filipino artist Eyedress, formerly lead guitarist of psychedelic indie/noise-pop band Bee Eyes, released his first record as Eyedress in 2013, entitled Hearing Colors.
He followed up in 2016 with his second full length, Shapeshifter, on his own label Babe Slayer. Signed to UK label Lex Records, he released his third full length record Manila Ice, an album about love and survival in the Philippines, in 2017.
His 2019 single “Jealous” hit viral status, he followed suit with “Romantic Lover” the following year and “Something About You” in 2021. Last year, Eyedress made his Coachella debut and released his latest full-length album Full Time Lover, featured collaborations from N.E.R.D.’s Chad Hugo, Nosaj Thing, The Drums, and more, including his partner, Elvia. In addition, the acclaimed record earned an official remix treatment from Kevin Shields of My Bloody Valentine, who put his own spin on the album’s track “House of Cards.”
