Swedish post punk/shoegaze darlings It’s For Us have shared their new single “Out Of Time”.
The track serves as the title track of their highly-anticipated third album, set to arrive on April 12 through Novoton Records. Grab it here.
Recorded and produced by the band themselves, the new album sees them moved towards a bigger sound and more modern shoegaze/post-punk, inspired soundwise by DIIV, Beach Fossils and Wild Nothing.
Speaking about the new single, they shared: “The third single and title track from It’s For Us coming album is a farewell song. A farewell to a close friend, to a time and a place we shared. At the same time, it is a celebration of life and love. Our time is limited and the impermanence of everything is what makes it fragile, beautiful, painful but also meaningful to live.”
