Melbourne punk/post punk/garage four-piece Pinch Points have unleashed their new single “Pave Me“.
The song features as a bonus track from their upcoming 5th anniversary vinyl reissue of their first EP ‘MECHANICAL INJURY’, out on June 7. Pre-order it here.
MECHANICAL INJURY EP was originally released on cassette in 2018 through Roolette Records. ‘Pave Me’ was written alongside the other songs but never properly finalised or recorded until now.
Commenting on the track, they share:
We wrote the bulk of this song back in 2018 but it never got finalised in time for our Mechanical Injury release. We finished and recorded it late last year in the same Coburg room that MI and Moving Parts were recorded in. Frequent collaborator and legend Calum Newton mixed and mastered it.
