London indie rock/alt musician Ten Tonnes (aka Ethan Barnett) has aired his new single “Dancing Alone“.
The song serves as the title track of his forthcoming second studio album ‘Dancing, Alone‘, set to be released on July 28. Pre-order your copy here.
Speaking about it, Barnett says:
“This is the title track of the new album and one of the main foundations I built the rest of the record off. It’s a dark, atmospheric song dealing with isolation and outsiderness. I had so much fun layering the textures and building it up to the guitar solo and final chorus. It’s one of my favourite songs I have ever written and I think it shows a completely different taste of the album and highlights the breadth of the songwriting. And you can dance to it, what more could you want.”
