The New Romantics “Control” Lyrics:
One thing that I won’t do
Be the fool so in love with you
You can say anything
I’m always right where I wanted to be
You tell the lie, You’re acting tough
But I’ll decide when you’ve had enough
I’ve seen everything
I can be who you want me to be
[1]
Infatuate me
Take control
You fascinate me
You can have it all
Do you want to be
The one who wants to take control?
You can’t decide who you want to be
But baby I’m so in love with me
You can say anything
I’m always right where I wanted to be
You can lie, you’ve been acting tough
But I’ll decide when I’ve had enough
I’ve seen everything
I can be who you want me to be
Repeat [1] (x2)
