Brighton indie/alternative band Thrillhouse have returned with their new single “Still In There Somewhere“.
The track, produced, mixed and mastered by Thrillhouse, is out now, and is their first new material since last year’s debut LP Something About This Place. Grab it here.
Intentionally obscure and ambiguous, Still In There Somewhere‘s lyrics hide a deeper meaning of self and identity.
With their second album finished and due for release in the summer, the band hope to build on the momentum of their debut album, and continue rising up the near impossible musical food chain.
‘Proudly and fiercely independent…but not out of choice’ Thrillhouse has built a devoted fan base without the support of management or a label thanks to their hard effort, relatability, and frequently self-deprecating attitude. With sincerity cushioned in wry humour, driving beats, and ecstatic hooks, Thrillhouse pushes the boundaries of the modern indie sound. The band draws inspiration from the music they love, including Bruce Springsteen’s grandiose, The War on Drugs’ engine, and Alex Cameron’s sardonic tongue.
