Berlin electronic/synthwave musician Cosey Mueller (one-half of the synthpunk duo DAS DAS) has revealed her new single “I am Soft“, and its accompanying video.
The song features on her most-anticipated third album ‘Softcore‘, due to be released on October 3 via Static Age Musik. She has previously shared “Falsches Ding“.
Cosey Mueller is a self-made musician from the depths of the Berlin underground scene who explores electronic sounds in the most intuitive way and never forgets her love for rock n roll. Inspired by the electronic NDW-underground of the 80s analogue sounds, Mueller sound’s features LoFi aesthetics, simple melodies and monotonous beats, as well as catchy vocals and lyrics that take listeners straight into her emotional world.
A synth-fueled fox-trot of EBM, electronica, and songwriting delivered with her signature synth-punk assault, “Softcore” is her strongest work to date.
