French coldwave/post punk/synthwave duo Echoberyl, made up of Adriano Iacoangeli and Cecilia Dassonneville, have shared their new single “The White Lady“, and its accompanying video.
The song is out today via Mother Solitude Records with a remix by Screaming on the b-side (available only on Bandcamp). Get it here.
Commenting on the single, they say:
“The White Lady’s legend appears in many countries, in different times. Accidental death, love betrayal, murder, suicide… There are many variations. The female ghost is lost, stuck between two worlds. She relives her own death every night, trying to change her fate, but she can’t.“
“We decided to dedicate our new single to this legend, finding very personal meaning in her story.“
