German indie pop / synthwave artist Levin Goes Lightly has released his new single “Headbanging“.
The song is out now via Tapete Records and follows the single “Wasser“, released in March. Grab it here.
About the song:
We are standing in front of the Pink Flamingo and cry in the rain. A solitary tear falls into a puddle reflecting the neon light. From a distance, a beat booms through the club’s soundproof door and draws us back inside. Is it DAF or Liasions Dangereuses or something completely new? The vocals switch from German to English and the catchy refrain is: “Is it beautiful when it’s sad?” It’s the new LEVIN GOES LIGHTLY single “Headbanging”! Driving and hypnotic, a kind of cold wave that warms your heart. Shake it all off, go crazy, at the latest for the grand finale of this track.
