Swiss lo-fi / dream pop / electronic / dark wave duo Walter Frosch (made up of Mike Saxer and Rune Dahl Hansen) have dropped their new single “Broken Wings (I Don’t Feel A Thing)“, alongside a music video.
The song is the second taste of their upcoming album ‘Star 10110‘, which will be out on April 19 through Irascible Music and Glowing Dagger Records (US). Pre-order your copy here.
The 8-track album was recorded and mixed between April and October 2023 and mastered by Mikey Young, it is the follow-up to their 2022 record Under a Spell and last year’s EP A Sea Of Broken Light.
The two-piece, pull from the rich legacy of Swiss synth pioneers like Grauzone and Mittageisen and contemporary, narcotized dream-pop to forge sonic landscapes brimming with icy tones, ghostly club percussion, and electronic haze.
