Brooklyn NY, post punk/psych band A Place To Bury Strangers have shared the video for their latest single “It’s Too Much“.
The track features on their seventh album ‘Synthesizer‘, which came out digitally earlier this month and will be out on vinyl this Friday, October 25th) via Dedstrange. Pre-order it here.
“It’s Too Much” captures the euphoric chaos of love—for music, friends, and the thrill of performing. It’s a story of losing oneself in the moment, where playing shows with 100% intensity feels like the ultimate high. The song reflects the raw passion of living loud, fueled by the support of those who share the journey. Sometimes, as the track reminds us, it’s essential to embrace the madness and go a little nuts.
In the video, director Travis Stevens uses the repeating pulse and hypnotic rhythm of the song to overload the viewer with imagery and possibility, a world where science and magic and chemistry have the power to transport our characters across great emotional distances….if they can make it there in one piece.
