Arizona synthpop duo Body Of Light made up of brothers Alex and Andrew Jarson, have unleashed their new single “This Conversation“.
The track is lifted from their upcoming album ‘Bitter Reflection‘, set to arrive on June 30 via Dais Records. Pre-order your copy here.
A new age demands new waves, and Body Of Light belongs at the forefront of a resurgent generation fusing modern methods with the sounds of futures past. Singer Alex Jarson sees their muse clearly, at the axis of anguished transition, temporal collapse, and, just possibly, the brink of hope: “Time is dysphoric. The dream breaks down. Everyone’s beginning to panic, but in the end something will come from it.”
“The new album of smoldering, tempestuous synth-pop from the Jarson brothers refines and expands on their previous work, fusing modern composition with the sounds of futures past: a Bitter Reflection of dark romantic anthems, reveries, and reckonings. 11 new tracks produced by Josh Eustis (Telefon Tel Aviv). For fans of Tears for Fears, Human League, and Boards of Canada”.
