Isle of Wight indie rock/indie pop band Coach Party (formerly known as Jeph) have announced the release of their highly-anticipated debut album ‘Killjoy‘, and they have also aired their new single, “All I Wanna Do Is Hate“.
The 10-track record will be out on 8 September via Chess Club Records. Pre-order your copy here.
Commenting on the album, they say: “Writing, recording an album is the biggest achievement of our collective lives, and the release will be a serious trip for us. We’re so glad and grateful to have all of you along with us for this year – it’s a biggie.”
About the new single, Jess Eastwood says: “‘All I Wanna Do Is Hate‘ is about acting out against people who are trying to help, but you’re not ready for that and choose to do the opposite of the advice you’re given. This song is just about being incredibly angry, for what, is up to whoever is listening; but sometimes you need to go against everyone to learn a valuable lesson. Maybe you’ll write a cool angry song about it.”
