Madrid indie rock/ garage pop / lo-fi / surf pop band Hinds have shared their new single “Superstar“, alongside an accompanying video.
The track serves as the third taste of their upcoming fourth album ‘Viva Hinds‘, produced by Pete Robertson (The Vaccines, beabadoobee) and due to be released on September 6th via Lucky Number Music. Pre-order your copy here.
Speaking about it, they say: “‘Superstar’ talks about the disappointment and the pain you feel when someone you love deeply, disappears with no explanation. You feel worthless, you start thinking you never really knew that person and you question your shared past, and if what you remember really happened. It’s hard to let people go but writing this song helped. People need closure, and this song is ours.”
