Other-ed Shares New Single/Video "Abstract Heroes"

French synth pop/electronic/darkwave/synth punk artist Other-ed has shared his new single “Abstract Heroes“, accompanied by a music video.

The track is taken from his upcoming album ‘Until All Are Free‘, set to arrive on October 31, just in time for Halloween. Grab it here.

The new record offers 10 new songs in which dark minimalism collides with cold 80s synths and punk conciseness.

Other-ed (aka Laurent Chopard from Vague Scare / Golem Dance Cult) first started as an industrial / darkwave solo side-project with cold pop touches and animal liberation as a main theme. His digital EP “Disruptive Synthetic”, described as “post-industrial synthpop”, came out in January 2020. His debut album “Sentient”, released in March 2021, was recorded at home in France during the Covid 19 pandemic followed by a few singles in 2022/23.

Laur also played drums in many glam/punk/rock’n’roll bands in the past including Sparkling Bombs, Sugar Sugaar, Kevin K (USA), Ricky Rat (USA), One Way Ticket, Guttercats, etc.
