Munich-based dream pop/jangle pop/lo-fi artist Phantom Youth (the solo project of Will Evans from Stray Fossa) has revealed his new single “1999” and its accompanying video.
The song is out today (July 19) through Spirit Goth Records and is the second taste of his upcoming EP ‘Slide Back’, we have already heard “Life Waits For Nothing” released last month.
