Sir Chloe, the indie/alternative project of singer, songwriter and guitarist Dana Foote, has released her new single ‘Salivate‘.
It follows her previous track ‘Hooves‘, both taken from her upcoming debut album ‘I Am The Dog‘, set to arrive on May 19th via Atlantic Records. Pre-order your copy here.
Armed with a rich tapestry of gritty guitars, melodic chord shifts, Foote’s distinctive vocals and a chorus that’ll stick in your head for weeks, ‘Salivate’ was born out of Foote’s meditation on the way shame is levereged to control people and shape our desires into something dark.
Foote says of the track: “Shame is the hot anvil that bends desire into dark and twisted shapes.”
