Belgium dark electro/darkwave/ebm band SKEMER have aired their new single “Overgave” and its accompanying video.

SKEMER is the cooperation between singer Kim Peers, who’s also a model for Vogue, Steven Meisel, Prada and guitarist Mathieu Vandekerckhove of post-metal band Amenra. Two very different worlds collide and lead to minimalist dark wave deconstructions that are equal parts brutal and erotic.
According to the press release, Toasts & Sentiments, the follow-up to their 2019 debut, Benevolence, stands out for its coldwave deconstructions, equally brutal and erotic, colliding with the industrial side of electro and techno music.
Eleven cuts that will wrap you in one pitch-black cloak. A few episodes in the duo’s native language Dutch, add even more mystery to the occult receipt.
