While the world was shut down in 2020, Social Order was formed. A collaboration to combat isolation and generate purposeful creativity, Social Order gelled into a band by wrapping melodic, hooked-filled pop songs with a synth-laden post-punk sound.

Social Order “Sometimes” Lyrics:

Sometimes, sometimes
I wish we never met sometimes
I wonder if I cross your mind
you could put me in the grave sometimes
sometimes, sometimes
are you getting what you want this time
I don’t want to know sometimes

I don’t want to waste a moment
tell it’s not the right time
for once in my life
it’s not the right time
for once in my life
it’s not the right time

Sometimes, sometimes
who’s gunna drive you home tonight
tell my friends i never cared sometimes
I’m lying to myself sometimes
sometimes
I hope i see you out sometime,
I think of what i’d say sometimes

I hear the boys talking about all the girls they get
hear the girls tell the girls that their man can’t hit
another night and I’m drinking at a bar for two
not enough in the world that could get me through
every time it’s in vain and i think of you
what’s forever when there’s nothing that a boy could do
I’m doing better when i forget that i still want you
if I’m being honest i would die for you
