London-based indie rock band Spector have dropped the video for their latest single “Not Another Weekend“.
The track is taken from their fourth album ‘Here Come the Early Nights’, released last Friday (Nov 24) via their Moth Noise imprint. Grab it here.
Recorded across thirteen days in London with Dimitri Tikovoi (Ghost, The Horrors, Marianne Faithful, Placebo), ‘Here Come the Early Nights’ is the first album by the band featuring their full current touring lineup of Fred Macpherson, Jed Cullen, Nicolas Py and Jennifer Sanin, bolstered by additional instrumentation on five tracks by Moth Boys collaborator Dev Hynes aka Blood Orange. The record sees Spector embracing new musical turns, citing influences of artists/bands such as ABBA, Blur, Sam Fender, Blossoms and Nick Cave to name a few.
