London based indie rock / baggy / alt band The Utopiates have shared their new single “Evanescent“.
The song, produced by Andy Hawkins (Maximo Park, Pigeon Detectives) at The Nave in Leeds, is out now via V2 Records and is the third taste from their forthcoming second album (TBA) scheduled for later this year. They have previously shared “Reputation” and “Neighbourhood“.

About The Utopiates
The Utopiates were formed under the dark clouds of the pandemic and launched in January 2021. The band signed to V2 in 2023 and were dubbed the band to watch by cult indie promoter This Feeling. A sold-out summer tour followed, and they finished the year completing work on their debut album “The Sun Also Rises” at The Nave in Leeds.
Following on from the success on their debut album, The Utopiates are out to prove they are one of the most prolific new bands out there at the minute. They’re currently working on their new album.
