French grunge /alt /coldwave artist YGGL (aka Yrwan Garcia Leal) has released the video for his latest single “Nobody“.
The song is taken from his album ’GAIJIN’, which came out in November last year through Musique d’Apértif Record. Buy it here if you haven’t already.
For his fourth album, GAIJIN, Yrwan returned to Christian Bolognaise’s Studio Macaroni, with the intention of making his music heavier. The rhythms are sometimes close to stoner or doom and the different layers of guitar are superimposed on his looper in a shoegaze magma driven by the energy of grunge.
