Cuffed Drops New Single/Video "Visitors"

Los Angeles synthwave/goth/new wave project Cuffed, aka Tyler “Fournames” Fortney, has dropped his new single “Visitors” alongside a video.

The song is out now via eclectic LA record label DUNE ALTAR, and follows his track “Deceiver“, released in July. Buy it here

Diving deep into a realm of his own creation, the native Angeleno combines elements of Depeche Mode, Killing Joke and Sisters of Mercy, processing these lifelong influences through his own lifetime of creation and sonic exploration. His music is more than just a blend of haunting melodies and pulsating synths; it’s a form of therapy for this 20-year music veteran and first-time solo artist.

With his current series of releases, CUFFED invites you to step into a world where nostalgia meets innovation, and where music is more than just a series of notes – it’s an emotional journey, as he navigates the shadows of LA’s underbelly, one synth-laden track at a time.

Take a listen below.

Cuffed “Visitors” Lyrics:

I can hear your voice
And you can hear mine nearly all the time
We have no choice
Forced to hear you sermonize
The demon in our minds

Oh child,
Your hopes and dreams
are just a fallacy
Oh child,
listen to me
I can make a dream reality

I hear your lies
And visitors come frequently to mind
We hear your cries
Forced you sing the songs,
the snake becomes a swan

Oh child,
Your hopes and dreams
are just a fallacy
Oh child,
listen to me
I can make a dream reality
