Scottish indie rock/indie pop/synth/alt band Echo Machine have unleashed the video for their latest single “Between Two Worlds“.
The tracks features on his latest album “Accidental Euphoria”, released back in March via Assai Recordings. Grab it here if you haven’t already.
“Accidental Euphoria” draws inspiration from the synthpop of OMD, New Order, and Soft Cell, as well as the noisy alternative rock of Smashing Pumpkins, Idlewild, Nirvana, and Trail of Dead.
Commenting on the album, vocalist Gary Moore said: “The songs on “Accidental Euphoria” are little windows in a claustrophobic fog. Fragments of escape in a 40 hour working week. 10 minutes of escape looking out a bus window in a day that never stops. Snapshots from the front line of modern dronedom. To write eight minute soul searching epics would feel in somehow dishonest in the circumstances they were being conceived. “Accidental Euphoria” is very much a product of its time and environment.”
