Cardiff-based synth pop/new wave duo Plastic Estate have unveiled their new single “Meet You There“, and its accompanying lyric video.
The song serves as the final single from their upcoming second album ‘Code d’Amour‘, due to be released on October 11 through Avant! Records. Pre-order your copy here.
Meet You There tunes into more intimate, quasi isolated vibes while driven forward by slap bass and lush synths that pay homage equally to West Coast yacht rock stars like Michael McDonald or Hall & Oates and 2010s chillwave pioneers such as Small Black and Alan Palomo of Neon Indian.
